Closed Boxes

Hello! I haven’t checked into the game in a while until today. I logged on, repaired what I could in my EC, but saw a section that said I have 40 closed boxes. Are those gone forever? Or is there a way to get them back?

They aren't gone, they're closed. They just need repaired and they'll open back up.

Where can I find them to repair them? When I left, I had 113 boxes and now it’s showing I only have 73. I repaired all the others already too. I’ve checked all the tabs, am I just not looking in the right spot?

If you sort your boxes to show wear and tear, the "closed" boxes should either be on the first or last page.

My guess is the closed boxes just don't show.

When I repair, I always check the little green arrow at the bottom of the page, this checks off all 20 boxes on that page.
Then click the 'Change boxes' button (also bottom of the page).
Then click the 'Repair the box' button there.

A pop-up will show you if you have enough wood and sand for that, and if not, you can buy it immediately. Then click Repair again and that page is done.
Next page.
And so on until all 6 pages are done.

As soon as you repaired everything, I'm sure it will show the 113 boxes again.

If not, I'd send a ticket to Contact Us. Bottom right of every Howrse page.
