I won't really name all of them, but I like normal human names, not anything crazy. Here are my 5 favorite names that my horses on Howrse have:

If you go to my page, there will be horses named that, and some other names ( Bilbo and Money Maker are exceptions, because they are there for special reasons and are not Newfies).

I tend to name animals after myths and legends and gods and goddesses from various places, or after books I've read.

My favorite names from the horses I have on this website are:
- Herakles (which I found in a piece of fanfiction, and it's pretty close to the Roman(?) version of Hercules - Heracles)
- Jörmungandr (Which is from Norse legend, he is Loki's son, also known as the World (or Midgard) Serpent, who is prophecized (that's not spelled right) to eat the world when it ends)
- Janus (Greek god of choices)
- Poni (This stems from childhood habit of naming things after what they look like. He would be called Horse, but that didn't look or sound 'cool'.)
- Calypso (This was the name of one of my best friends cousins, and I'm fairly sure Calypso was a witch or syren/siren or some sort in the Greek legends).

I also really like names that are spelled 'incorrectly', like my cat, Shnowflake, which is the names Show and Snowflake mixed, or like my friend Jacin (which is usually spelled Jason).
