Click to display For the January promo. there are obstacles within the maze. They will show up every time you go for a shortcut. Some will just ask you an equine question and some will require you change your horse. For example there will be chasms, thistles, rainbows, fire, water and boulders, and boxes. You must change to the correct horse or backtrack and take a much longer route. Here is a list of the horses you need for which obstacle. A Pegasus for a chasm so it can fly over. Winged unicorn to get past the rainbow Winged Percheron for a boulder or box to push or lift it- Pony for a low hanging log/branch so it can go under A winged jumper horse breed to jump over a log Fire coat was a path blocked by fire. Water element coat horse for a water. Donkey for thistles. However For those that have the season divines, you can use them to get through the mazes without changing your horse you use Spring for the first maze Summer for the second maze Fall/Autumn for the third maze Winter for the last, divine Maze. Those not having them you will have to get the right breed/coat as per the first list. |
Does it have to be a Percheron or can we use any breed of draft horse? Click to display For testing, I used a shire and a winged drum horse and got over the obstacles just fine. It could be different when the event goes live, so keep that in mind.

The Tree Decoration Packs will probably be available to purchase with passes this upcoming weekend from the 29th -31st as that is the last weekend we will be having of the My Beautiful Pine Trees promo. I hope that was what you were asking, I didn't exactly understand your question. If you were asking about the Christmas Packs, they won't be returning until next December around Christmas time. If your question was about the current "My Beautiful Pine Trees" promo, then the specific promo topic would probably be the best place to post this sort of question. Go check out the topic for the Christmas Packs. It mentions the dates that the packs with be back. It will be released two more times... "1st chance: 2017-12-22 03:00 to 2017-12-26 16:59 2nd chance: 2017-12-29 03:00 to 2018-01-02 16:59 3rd chance: 2018-01-05 03:00 to 2018-01-09 16:59"

does anyone have any clue what the promo after the M promo could be? No, we don't know yet. Testing just ended for the M_ Promo, so It's going to be a bit before testing anything else.

One of the prizes is a Gypsy Vanner. Usually, Howrse doesn't specify breed unless it's a new breed. So, we're speculating that the Gypsy is a filler on the test site for the new breed. We don't know the new breed, yet as it seems the Admins might want to keep it a secret. That's just if our theories are correct, though.

That's interesting. I haven't been on the test server for a couple of days so I definitely missed that update. Thank you for the clarification. I was kind of hoping the theories were correct, but oh well.

Click to display Interesting that they'd want to showcase the Gypsies considering they're the third most popular breed... and by a reasonable margin. You'd think they'd showcase another less popular breed, like the Holsteiner, Russian Don, or the Barb. At least then their rarer coats might become a tad bit cheaper

Just go to Ow's page, scroll to the bottom and hit "Browse this breeders production". The last horses added to the game are always listed there on the first page That's where I got there perks from as well hahah

But maybe someone on prepod can tell you more about that  Sorry! Should have put my two posts together as one
