I feel like there is definitely a pattern with a nice divine being in HOPs the week after the expert diplomas/employees in HOPs
|
I mean, it's Rongo's FIRST RELEASE.
I am so impressed. It took 4 years, but the little guy is here!!

Does anyone know mow many HOPs it would take to get Rongo if you have 0 fragments in his meter?

Hmm, is there much use for his perk besides the convenience (maybe somewhat slight if you have a small EC) of not needing to rotate the meadows as much? Am I missing some other strategic benefit of having meadows lose fertility less quickly?

Am I missing some other strategic benefit of having meadows lose fertility less quickly? I use my meadows 24/7 to make 1M equus a month, so if they loose fertility less often, it means I can make more equus and keep a good EC rating at the same time |

Am I missing some other strategic benefit of having meadows lose fertility less quickly? He's not really useful, Rongo. His perk is not special (useful if you have pass seeds, though!), but you get him because he's Rongo and he hasn't been seen since 2017 in his original contest. He's THAT RARE. They only released him TWICE in the Calendar (no luck item to compensate) and once in the Black Friday sale. Look at him, he finally made the luck selection T^T

I got super lucky and got 3 rongo’s within 5 hop’s I didn’t even want him as I was going for the prix bonuses lol!

When will these packs be introduced? Do you already know?
Click to display I mean, packs with divine's fragments? |

How do you get 1M a month on the medows?Tell me your secrets, please
|
@ Stardusty: you need to ask that in your own thread in the gameplay forum. This thread is for things that are not yet on the game.
|
Soon, they were introduced on other servers. We don't really know that, though. For example, pass modifications on pass horses were introduced in the smaller servers SEVEN MONTHS before they came to the big versions Click to display (because they were absolutely hated and the devs decided it was better to sacrifice the smaller ones to tune up the system). So according to how well they were received we might see them sooner or later

Am I missing some other strategic benefit of having meadows lose fertility less quickly? I'm pretty sure the higher your meadow fertility is, your fodder can be pretty much free. Could be wrong so feep free to correct me

@Shigaraki: Yep, I believe you're correct. My earlier point was that you could just keep rotating them between fallow and pasture so that the effect on fodder consumption (and EC prestige) is kept low. Rongo's perk would help reduce the frequency at which you have to do that, but it just seemed like a pretty weak perk since it seems more like a matter of convenience than real impact (unless you're in the stratosphere of EC prestige or size). Sounds like that's just the way it is, though, based on people's comments above Not useless, but not splendid either for the way most people play.

Click to display Does anybody else have this? Or is this just me. It seems that every time I do a HoP opening this always happens. The first time I do it (lets say Shenma this january for example) I won it the first few tries. Yay. The second time I did it, Qilin, I opened a bunch and did not win him. The third try, Chocolate croissant, I won him in my second HoP. My fourth try, Iapyx, Opened plenty but won nothing. My fifth try, Rongo. Won him on the first try. This has happened since I started the game. Does it happen for anyone else or is it just me? And is this possibly a new way to test to see which HoP divines I will have to fill the meter for or win by luck? Or am I just being stupid. But I have kept an account and Since my first HoP divine ever (Sequoia) It has done this... Does anybody else have an account that's been keeping track? This could be super valuable if it's true. |
^^
Click to display It goes back and fourth, I am quite certain for the next HoP divine I will have to fill the meter, but if I just open one for that divine then save the rest. Then the next divine that comes in HoP's I can win easily. |
I've kept a record of my divine's costs since 2016, which is before fragments existed, but I've never seen a pattern with mine. Unless the pattern is that mine tend to cost a lot
I only looked through the last 12 luck offers I recorded, and out of those I had to open over 10 luck items for 8 of them. 4 of those 8 were maxing, or near maxing the meter. Besides the Chimera, (who wouldn't have been worth the 28 HoPs he cost if they hadn't come from inventory) they were all valuable divines, so I expected my luck to be rotten, haha

GF's and TC's are never generous, which is always why I never go after a divine unless I have enough to fill the meter. But HoP's can sometimes be different, filling the meter happens often, but winning them on the first 1-6 tries happens a lot too. So I am wondering if there is a pattern, have you seen one with your HoP's? I'm sorry your chimeras cost you that much, Xanthos is super stingy with me, I stroke him every day in the middle of directories and only win like, 1 a month. So when I strike lucky, I'm happy . Sometimes Golden Fleeces can be lucky with lower-level divines. And if the falabella or falacorn or chimera on level 5 of the titan's challenge I might get. |
Click to display Hello! Can someone remind me when we are due (though not a guarantee) to have the pass UFO offers again? I'm thinking it will be this coming weekend or the next but cant remember. Imma put this in a spoiler in case it needs it, though I dont think it does.

I am talking specifically HoP's. February 2021, Polar Bear: 28 HoPs (didn't max it) January 2021, Shenma: I have 245 fragments for him, but forgot to write how many I opened because I didn't win him. August 2020, Hyracotherium: won on 1st try with my 7 day objective streak HoP. I think luck gave that one to me because I already had him and he has no perk May 2020, Tianma: 26 HoPs, which maxed the meter. May 2020, Boreas: 4 HoPs, but didn't win him January 2020 was the final Bucephalus tack offer in HoPs, but I don't recall if we had fragments his tack. December 2019, Polar Bear: 10 HoPs April 2019, Hippidion: 23 HoPs to max the meter February 2019, 2 different Love divines: 2 HoPs to win the first, 19 to max the meter for the second.

My HoP offers sadly haven't followed that pattern either. They come close, in that I tend to max, or almost max, the meter for every other offer, but the ones that don't come close weren't all won cheaply, or at least not what I define as "cheap" for that divine February 2021, Polar Bear: 28 HoPs (didn't max it) January 2021, Shenma: I have 245 fragments for him, but forgot to write how many I opened because I didn't win him. Hmm, I guess it's just me then. But I guess it helps me if it continues this way for a while. Here is my own info. Sequoia-HoPs-2 Horn's of Plenty, won by luck Kaktos-HoPs-11 Horn's of Plenty, didn't win him (90% sure I would've had to fill the meter) Eurus-HoPs-1 Horn of Plenty, won by luck Boreas-HoPs-8 Horn's of Plenty, didn't win him Hyracotherium-HoP's-6 Horn's of Plenty, won him by luck I don't remember this one as I didn't record the name, but it says I opened 7 Horn's of Plenty and didn't win it, whatever it was. Shenma-HoP's-3 Horn's of Plenty, won by luck Qilin-HoP's-18 Horn's of Plenty, didn't win him Chocolate croissant-6 Horn's of Plenty, won by luck Iapyx-10 Horn's of Plenty, did not win him Rongo-1 Horn of Plenty, won by luck |
