I'm still a little confused. Have all 21 of these companions been offered before? I wish there was some way to see if I already had them. Thank you for your answer. No, there were only 12 offered when they came out before.

For the Companion Chest:
Neko, Shiba Inu, Koi, Tsuru, Tora, Kyuubi no Kitsune, Ezoshika, Okuri Inu, Ryū, and Sown Goku are new. The rest of them were offered previously. So it’s basically guaranteed you will get some doubles. Now I’m just waiting on the rest of the Alebrijes, the Dragons, the Bee and the Ladybug to be rereleased.

Hey not sure if this is the right place to ask this but does anyone, who is a lot more active on the Spoilers thread than i am, know how often we see old Divines come back around? I'd really like to start winning some of the older ones like the Planet Divines but i've only really seen new divines in the spoilers and semi old ones (like a year or so old).

I'd really like to start winning some of the older ones like the Planet Divines but i've only really seen new divines in the spoilers and semi old ones (like a year or so old).  ) are usually seen every weekend in luck items or the reserved sales. The Gemstones are an older set, being about 10 years old now, and they just cycled through. Same with the Water divines. The Egyptians are about 5 years old, and are still in the process of cycling through.They tend to have a few different sets going at once, and have a weekend offer about once a month for a divine within that set to allow for a bit of a break if you want multiples within that set. The Solar Divines haven't had a weekend offer for about 2 years, so hopefully we'll see them again soon.

Click to display I think the love divine offer will come between the 14th and the 17th, I remember last year distinctly because they came exactly AFTER the love divines give out their monthly passes so if you won them that month you'd still have to wait for March to start receiving passes from them. Of course Howrse tries to avoid giving us anymore passes than strictly necessary so why would this year be any different?

Click to display Skoll and Hati are wolves that chase the sun and moon in Norse mythology. They only succeed when Ragnarok is imminent (according to Google!). Those images don't look like divines, or companions, so maybe something to do with an upcoming event that introduces another Nordic divine? Maybe to complete the set? (When was the last one of those released? Or, alternatively, new backgrounds specifically for Skinfaxi and Hrimfaxi...) The divine looks like a hydra . . . which is Greek. Perhaps this is the beginning of a new set of divines?

The design, the golden headbands, the decorations of the saddle cloth, it looks coming from Indian mythology. I know they have a 7 headed horse, but according to myth, it should be white?

Click to display I did a search for 'seven headed' and found there's 7 headed dragons all over the world, from the beast in the Bible to Japan. So could be a new Japanese too! Basically everywhere has myths about animals with several heads, and I don't think it not being a horse would stop Howrse using it. I think we may have to just wait to find out on this one...

Click to display I actually think it looks quite Egyptian. One of the things I saw is one theory is that all the different multi-headed dragon myths started with Hathor. There's not a Hathor on Howrse, so maybe they decided to add one more Egyptian...  It really could be anything!

Look at the golden bracers, the golden spirals, the headbands  I'm of course just speculating, I just thought "Bollywood!" as soon as I saw it

Well, I just looked back at instagram and they've added the 'one last spoiler' (two in fact...)

If so, Click to display I wonder if that means we're nearing the end of the Nordic series? I would guess Odin to be the one you get if you've completed the set, like has happened with the Egyptians and Solars. Unless he's just a separate one to win

Click to display I am Norse Pagan, so allow me to give my two cents on the divine. The new divine could be Odin - he is definitely portrayed with a helmet like that often. However, Odin is blind in one eye - that is one of the most integral parts of his features. It will be interesting to see how they portray that, since a blind eye could be scary. Also, Odin is often portrayed with a long beard, so the sort of braided beard under the horse's mouth would represent that. |
