Probably this weekend and the weekend after that and the weekend after that. It's always on the weekends, just not the first one after the event started.

Preprod = Preproduction = Test Server <--in tis case

in order to get on to the test site...you'll either -

get a PM invitation from the game team (any account type has a chance)
OR
be a VIP and click the banner on the home page...during the scramble to get the spots
(VIP only)

Nothing is known about the Zodiacs other than the three that are already released (Scorpio, Sagittarius and Capricorn), and the next one

We don't know anything about any others as of yet - I'm waiting for Gemini too, as it's my sign, but I'm sure we won't know anything about that one until May.

"Beginner competitions

Genetic potential is now taken into account for entry into beginner competitions.
In order to make beginner horse competitions more interesting for breeds with low genetic potential, entry requirementswill also take genetic potential into account.
In order to enter a beginner competition, horses will therefore need:
fewer than 20 wins
a genetic potential of less than 700 in each of their 6 skills
under 700 in every skill
This value will increase regularly depending on breed evolution."
