Fern Pack

I just bought a Fern pack in the pass section today, but I only received the French Trotter foal and the month of a VIP account. I also got a message in my mail box confirming the purchase, but I still haven't received the Fern fragments, the passes, the equus, the Hestia's Gifts, or the Hera's packs. Did this happen to anyone else? Do I just need to wait longer for them to load in? It's been about an hour now since I made the purchase at the time of writing.

You may need to send a ticket to Contact Us. Another player had a similar issue

I'm considering putting in another ticket, but if they haven't responded to anyone else's tickets I doubt it'll do any good. I'm trying to see if there's another way to get in touch with the team.

Just chipping in here to ask if you all sent proof of purchase with your ticket to Contact Us. They need confirmation of the payment from your bank to submit to the payment team. Then they have to wait for that team to get back to them.

instead putting in another ticket. put a note on the original ticket that will get it bumped back up. opening lots of tickets for the same issue just clogs up the system.

I got an email this morning saying the team had sent me a message and when I checked my ticket it was marked as "completed" but I have no message or anything else for that matter. What should I do now?

Did you click the ticket? When it's marked "complete" there is usually a message included within

Mine was resolved this morning and I received my missing items and some extra compensation for all the hassle.

I just went back and clicked on it and it said they're still working on it default smiley (d)
