[Known Issue] Performance Issues
HellOw everyone, You may have noticed there are some performance issues occurring when you're trying to care for your horses. I'd like to assure you that this is a top priority for the team. They are hard at work to resolve these issues as soon as possible. So the team can fully investigate and resolve the issue, we would like to ask you to send a ticket to Contact Us providing any and all information you can. Here are some good examples of things to provide: - When does the issue start, date/time? - How long did the issue last? - What were you doing when the issue started? (Caring for horses, blupping, etc.) - What kind of connection does the issue occur on? (Home internet, mobile data) - What version are you playing on, Classic or Mobile? I've also just had error 2 on the app, and timeout issues trying to access the browser based version.

I'm not sure exactly what date it time this started but afew days ago I completed enough objectives to start an Equestrian Centre, but it says I need to go to the Classic Version of the game(I play mobile). But it doesn't take me to the Classic Version when I click the option to. I can't access my objectives page because it keeps giving me the tutorial saying to go to the Classic Version

Lunarmoon, did you try logging out ? That seemed to help when I encountered that

When I go to my horses and switch from the My Other Horses tab to Daily Divines, I get a spinner and it never goes to the other tab until I hit the refresh button by the browser url bar.
Also, navigating through the Egyptian divines sometimes just spins without loading the next one. I then go back to the list view of the entire Daily Divines, and can it opens quickly from there. I play on all 5 English language servers and this happens on all of them. I'm on chrome browser on a desktop computer using Ubuntu OS. I tried sending this through "contact us" both here and on the international server and couldn't submit it.

I have been having issues with the game since I started playing today, 7:50am-current time. Everything no matter what I do is loading VERY slowly which typically isn’t the case. First time this has ever happened and it’s starting to be frustrating

Issue as of today at noon. Can’t enter Grand Prix. Mobile, mobile data.

The ride tabs on my laptop don't give me an option to take my horses on rides. It just shakes and then goes dark for a moment, and then clears up.

Seems as if the pass gage thingy is busted. It says 6 days 11 hours left on the meter, but hasn't restarted.

Just updated - 3 hours earlier than normal!

Lets talk about all the issues since Easter with the game and how now its so laggy, it feels like 2010.
