I quite like the song American Capitalist. Just not so easy finding a suitable coat. Hmm...may need to think of an alternative name.

Twi- love that song too. Find a mean looking coat with a dark bacground. And the horse is boarded. I dont even care about lessons gains anymore lol.
|
shiannes; Okie dokie! Do you still want me to do lessons? I'll go do his games...in the mean time, mind looking for a GA/ray combo? Being a 42*, he's gotta look as mean as possible.
|
I am happy with him. He is still holding his rankings on the Appy Elite Skills (#4) and he has turned out to be quite the Western comper...
|
McKoi! I love him!

My Baby! She needs a new name and hopefully I'll find a background that I love! I am so happy with her!
And I have to say Gouldilox- I love that horse! |

Twi- I definitely like the first one best, its super cute!
|
Okay this is my first attempt at breeding a western comp horse.
what all do you think of him? Cutting prospect. I think he will do okay. I tried to find the right amount of skills for it. Cutting, which requires great stamina and speed in order to control calves. It also requires a good level in dressage. Access to these events is determined by your horse's stamina.

Hey guys. Going to be working on a few more crosses tonight. Starting with *This*
guy. He is giving me countless 2nd places, we just need 16 more 1sts! He won't make 100 BLUP by 10, that's for sure. |
shiannes; I couldn't finish games. I wanna get working on my Paint.
I think I'll go with the fishy coat and ray. How 'bout name suggestions? |
Fairy you do know that show jumping depends on speed right? and your speed is very low
|
By Retired breeder, 12th February 2012 00:47:20
Twi- I liked the second one.
We're up to 8 wins so far! Criminal is doing so much better than Dancing did! *cringes* I'm quite happy with the way she's killing her western comps. |
By Retired breeder, 12th February 2012 00:48:33
Yes? I didn't know, Xelloss... what comps would you recommend?
|
By Retired breeder, 12th February 2012 00:50:35
Twi; I'd go with the first and go with a name that sounds fishy
Xello; haha that cross is somewhat similar to the one I've just started on But of course yours is far better |
bring up your speed a bit if you want to get show jumping wins. You can try trot as well since it isn't trained yet completely.
You kinda messed up the training in regards to wins since you did training first. its better to get wins first then train since you get a better chance at getting blup wins. so what do people think of my horse.

And I'd go for the ray with the more jars
Xello; it's excellent, clearly!! |
By Retired breeder, 12th February 2012 00:54:25
Xellos- I think you have a decent little comper there. Not sure about the breed choice but I think he'll be ok in the western comps.

Twi if you havnt picked a coat yet, give me minute to check.
|
well cutting says it needs stamina speed and dressage.
Frys have good Stamina and dressage. Vanners have good stamina dressage and gallop. the paint and psh have speed. And since I'm on the Demon fry breeding group and I like fry's. It works for me LOL.
|
shiannes; I just picked
I went with the ray with more jars. The other looked kinda weird. |
Just have to figure out if I want to skill it now or tomorrow.

How do you get wins before you train? That makes no sense to me.

Xello; If you skill it now, then it would be ready for the prix tomorrow, and cutting is first up
