This is an excerpt of the formal automated response I received when I was essentily defrauded by one of the pass partners after completing the required actions and not recieving any passes. I have no family-friendly words to explain how angry this makes me given the issue report was closed automatically without ever being read by a human - meaning this is a stoc k reply and the mods intend to do nothing about it. This is absolutely not acceptable. I recommend any readers to avoid any of the offers for passes in exchange for completing actions/signing up for things. Howrse does not give two figs about the quality of service of the entities they partner with - so I urge you not to endorse their behaviour with your time.
