My name is Helen, I'm from the north of England, and have been on Howrse since 2007 on the international server, then came to the UK server in 2013. You can read bit more about me, if you'd like, under the links for my affixes!

I started on the international server under Sam45, then joined the UK server after recommendations from Lenkol, where I am most active, under the username ObligatoryCookie, I joined the UK server in 2013. I mainly breed French Trotters, and I am trying to raise my FT's GPs. I try to do Non In Bred breeding, or NIB for short, so my progress is going a little slow at the moment. I hit my goal of reaching 2000GP by the end of 2016, and now I'm trying to get to 2500GP, I'm currently at around 2300GP, and stuck a little bit.
I don't accept random friend requests, but I'll be happy to be friends after you've mailed me. I also don't like rudeness, or people who think they're better than everyone.
I breed French Trotters, as mentioned above, but I used to breed Purebred Spanish Horses, and still sort of do, but most of them I have as part of my AP farm, and just try to keep the lineage going, and I thought about starting a Icelandic horse breeding, but I lost interest in those. I also breed Thoroughbreds, and random breed unicorns.
I do breed other breeds, mainly carrying on my AP farm, but also to contribute to my General Ranking for the higher GP horses, they fall into 2 categories, all my bred horses, there are the ones that are under 2000GP, and they are under the affix 'Generalis Equorum' which is Latin for 'General Horses' and all the ones that are over 2000GP, are under the affix 'Vexillum Classica' which is Latin for 'The Classical Standard'.
The higher GP breeds I breed are, Akhal-Tekes, Hanoverians, KWPNs, Thoroughbreds, and a couple of others.
I also have the affixes 'necessaria peritias' which is Latin for 'Need Skills' and '| NW BLUPPING TY |' for my horses that I'm BLUPing, these last two are more for my own reference and makes it easier for me to see what needs to be done for those horses under those affixes.
Also, I know most breeders on here inbreed. I really don't like the idea of inbreeding, I know Howrse is a game, and it's not real, but I don't agree with breeding horses with their mothers, brothers, fathers, or grandparents, so, as far as I know, all of my horses aren't inbred, there may be inbreeding further back, in like great grandparents etc, but, I don't inbred, I have a excel document for my FTs with all their information, GP, Stars, and family trees. When looking for horses, I look at the parents for in breeding, and look at their parents for inbreeding, if there is inbreeding, then I don't go for it.
Recently a couple of people who were close to me have passed away, so I thought I would make tributes to them on here, by creating high GP horses, with RCs, and Helios' Rays. You can find them in my 'Favourite Horses' section, along with all my FTs.

Now, to the person behind ObligatoryCookie/Sam45. I don't feel like Howrse gives us a lot of opportunities to discuss our interests, so here are mine. My name is Helen, I am 22 years old, and was born and bred in Northern England. I'm quite short, 4ft 8, and have short hair and wear glasses/contact lenses. I have a lot of passions outside Howrse, such as singing, music in general, films, gaming, reading, writing, history and another horse website called Mydreamstable.com. I also am a verified listener on the site 7cups.com, which is an American help website which is similar to the Samaritans, except it's all text chat based., so if you ever need anyone to talk to, my username on there is also ObligatoryCookie, or you can find my account here!
Unlike a lot of the people on Howrse, I've never really been around horses, I've never ridden a horse, etc, so I have no idea really about horses, their breeds, disciplines, etc.
I have anxiety, both general and social, I am highly introverted, so I find it difficult to start conversations, I feel like I'd be bothering you, or pestering you if were to message you, unless you did it first, and I am an INFJ on the 16 personalities scale.
