All about me

Hi there my name is Winter and yes that is my real name

I am 22 years old and I live in south Mississppi. Right now

In my life I am a college student I am working on my third year in med school which is alot of fun.  I am married with one child she is four and spoiled rotten. We have three horses I only have one because he won't let any of the others get close to me. His name is Smoke. He is a bigger baby than my daughter. He is also my best friend and my support system when I am upset I go and lay with him in the feild and just tell him all about it. One day my husband tried to ride him and Smoke like to have to my lovely husbands head off I kinda think that is funny now. When I have time to ride some I do not use any type of tack just me and him and the wide open feilds we have. The lady I bought him from told me that everyone she had every took him to was afraid of him and that they said he was crazy and need to be put down. Need less to say when she saw me on him she was freaked out and that was the cheapest pure blooded arabian horse I have bought I paid 150 dollars for him and come to find out once I got to looking at his pedigree his great great grand sire was *Sakr.

As you galloped and bucked,
I stood hopelessly with the lead shank in hand,
Hoping, PRAYING
you would stop and stand.
But no.
Your sleek Arab legs churned as you ran and ran,
Giving me no hope of catching you.
I consider leaving and driving away in the van,
For I didn't think I could tame this wild gelding.
Then I look you in the eye.
You spun and galloped towards me.
I thought I was about to die.
But you slid to a stop, just yards away.
Hooves pawed the ground and your whinny would sound.
A speckled mane shook as you snorted.
Such wild threats, but I held my ground.
The spirited look in your dark eyes captured me.
I suddenly understood you.
You weren't crazy and dangerous,
Just begging for someone to give you understanding, but who?
The wranglers bullied you.
You struck out in fear.
But be afraid no more!
It's okay, baby, I'm here.
I took you home, I wouldn't hurt you.
And I made sure you knew.
You read my mind on morning as I asked for a gallop
I felt your strong legs move as we ran in the dew.
Now your gone, never to com
For it was those eyes that captured me....e back.
No, it can't be!
I'll never forget that day I met you.

The time I met him he also was about three hundred pounds under weight. He was and still is afarid of men. I had to learn alot this being my first horse and all because I am the only one that can do his feet and ride him now you bring a saddle out there and you will not be able to get on him. Someone really abused him. I love on semi warm nights going out and sleeping with him.Another thing I love doing is when I go running I do it in our 30 acre field and when I start he is right behind me if I decided all of a sudden to jump over a down tree he jumps it too if   I decided to lay down and start rolling in the grass he is right be hind me and the odd thing about it is that I never taught him any of it I just need to start running thought it wouldbe nice to do it in the field. He is nothing but my big baby!  I lost him when some one cut the fence and he was gone for a week but all is well now ...I am going to post some pics of him when I find them
