H ey friends! I grew up training horses, but now I spend my time in university, studying for a Bachelors in Equine Science. I’m disabled, so studying, playing games, and caring for the farm, with help, is how I best spend my time. But my favorite pastime is playing Hollow Knight: Silksong, as you can tell by looking at the names of most of my horses.
I have 4 cats (edit: 3 cats RIP Clara), a dog, 2 chickens, and two donkeys I care for. The elder donkey is nearly 30 years old now. She’s made it through the winter, and I look forward to another spring with her.
We call her Dianne.
The younger donkey, Hope (also known as Foo), is about 9 years old. We almost lost her last year. She was attacked by coyotes and nearly lost her back leg. We have a great vet. It took months of spending all day outdoors with her, cleaning wounds, helping her back onto her feet, and giving antibiotics. She’s a strong girl!
