Hey, thanks for checking out my page :) I appreciate all the kind congratulations from everyone and I return them as much as I can.

I'm 22 yrs old and from New ZealandMy interests are horses, cars and tinyhomes. I loove paint horses, appaloosa's and the western riding style. I'm a returning player who has many exciting things left to learn. My focus is on breeding/collecting paint horses and entering comps. In the future I'd like to try winning 75% comps and possibly working with other breeders one day.

•• Howrse tips for beginners that I've collected along the way ••
(I wish I knew these when I started, to make things easier)

Are you unsure what order is best to take care of your horse?
- Feed when their energy is high, stroke when it's low
(Feeding your horse at around 70% energy can bring it up over 90. Stroking your horse at around 0% can give your horse +12 energy)

Are you trying to find a way to sell the horses you got at the start of the game?
- These horses are to prevent players from accidentally selling all their horses and not being able to participate in the game, so they unfortunately can't be sold. Once you reach a certain amount of seniority, you can create a new breeding farm and put them in there so they're out the way.

Are you having trouble breeding high skill horses?
- To breed high skill horses both parents need 100 blup - parents with high blup will make the foals skills exceed their genetic potential

Are you having trouble reaching 100 blup?
- To blup horses you can enter them in comps until you reach 20 wins, then the blup will jump up
- To get your 20 wins faster, fully train the second and third best skills only. It'll help you win comps faster because the game will then automatically put you in comps for horses with lower skills. Then once you have your wins you can train the primary skill last.
(To simplify, here's an example: gallop comps need gallop, speed and dressage - so train speed and dressage first, get 20 wins, then train gallop last)
- Your horse will naturally go up in blup as it ages, until reaching 10 years, so this age is a requirement to get to 100 blup

Do you want to predict your foals GP before it's born?
- Google "Howrse tools" and click on "Howrse calculators." It'll give you a rough idea of what GP your foal will be. Here's the link below if you can't find it
