You can call me Sol! (My real name is sun-adjacent).

My interests include video games, anime, language and linguistics, singing/songwriting, and most importantly creative writing. Last year was my most productive year to date with my writing with getting 480k words written during the 6 month window where I was utterly hyper-focused on it. I want that type of focus back now! 

I used to play Howrse back in 2008-2010 when I was way younger and cuter but I ended up losing my account Ponyclubsecrets (I assume due to inactivity). I'm 23 now and I kind of miss working my way through the ranks and becoming a better player so I'm back! Even though my real life horse phase is ended a long time ago, I will always have a special place in my heart for them. All my horsey knowledge comes from Stacy Gregg and this website ahahaha.

My Chincoteague ponies Comet and Ali will forever live on in my heart even if they aren't around anymore ^_^ 

I thought it would be retired by now but by some miracle I found it! I only missed it because it wasn't compatible with Helios Ray - on my old account I joined before Helios Ray was added to the game  I've never bought a GA so fast (or an honorary Chincoteague Pony to bear said coat. Comet is in my fave horses above if you're curious)

I thought I would start over with a different breed this time, so now I have some gorgeous Connemara ponies, Merlin and Mavis. Now that I'm older and wiser I might even make better progress than on my old account, when Howrse was like the wild west to me and I had no idea how anything even worked. I just clicked a bunch of buttons and counted my blessings :'D

I also ended up accidentally breeding Lusitano horses - I went a little crazy in the auctions and now I have a whole line of them...? I love Arthurian legend hence the affix Friend of Camelot and I have also learned in my week of being back that I find BLUPing horses incredibly addictive so if you happen to bump into my lovelies in any/all competitions that is why. Poor Guinevere has been in comps all week but the wins just won't come but she'll get there eventually! 

Just wanted to add that in case. It's been a massive stress-reliever actually - there's something about loading screens that just unleashes a demon, and instead of getting stressed about tending to my Divines I actually look forward to it now
