I've been playing Howrse since I was roughly 8 years old, and I've had many many accounts that I've since forgotten the passwords to lol, but here I am again, still playing in my 20's. 

My goals for the game have changed often over the years; the more I learn about the complex innerworkings of the game, the more I strive to broaden my digital horizons. My main goal for now is improving the horses that I have in my care, focusing on genetics over skills, through careful selective breeding and making smart purchases. 

I'm from the south and grew up around horses my whole life and this game is a really fun way to pass the time for me. I always wanted to learn more about them, and I would often be found in a tree somewhere with a big horse book in my lap. My grandpa regularly went to rodeos and horse auctions, and taught me everything I know about breaking and training green horses. 

 My first horse was a black OTTB (off-track-thoroughbred) mare and she stood at a whopping 16.4 hh at her withers. She was my everything for as long as I had her. She taught me so many things and I spent every waking moment in her company. I would ride her to my local Dairy Queen drive through and she would get her own ice cream cone that we would eat by the river (or in the river) lol. 

I barrel raced for a long time, and I often participated in my local 4-H club.

My second horse was a grey Arabian gelding named Thor and he was mainly a companion horse for my thoroughbred due to an old injury, but he was just as stunning. 

Every day I learn something new about the game, and there's still so much I haven't learned just yet, but I look forward to discovering new ways to interact with other players. I still have not figured out how to join teams, but I'll get there eventually as it's not a priority at the moment.
