Hello! I am a returning player - originally joined Howrse back in 2005 and played for a few years before leaving for college. I have re-discovered this little world and am getting my feet wet again. Back in probably 1998, I also had joined Horseland and played that religiously.

One of the top priorities of breeders in both Howrse and Horseland (back in the day) was to ensure no in-breeding in their herd. I feel like this priority has been tossed aside and many people now just breed to get the highest genetic potential which often includes using the same horse(s) throughout the entire pedigree chart. My goal here is to build a herd with no in-breeding. That means that I am checking each sire and dam to make sure that no horse shows up more than once on either pedigree.

You will see these purebred ponies in my herd:

We also have Standard Donkeys and Divine horses.

Lastly, I have a bunch of mixed breed horses and ponies just for fun to play around with genetics and see what happens.

I will gladly accept any friend request to start building my little community.

Happy howrsing!
