Hello, I'm Polaris. Even though my seniority is small, I've actually played for several years. I was previously Northstar101. I had an extensive set-up (I started in 2007) so I was sad to see that my game was deactivated after taking a break. Lost a lot of retired coats and some horses I had bred as a young kid, looking to get my horse fix. A little disappointed, but I'm not going to cry over it.
I still don't have any horses of my own, but I've been volunteering at a horse rescue. I get to work with wild horses and meet the coolest people. Crazy to think how far I've come since the first time I built a Howrse profile!
My game will never be competitive. I'm more invested in the real world and my real world horses, but I'm grateful for something to do on slow days. I'll probably focus mostly on Thoroughbreds, but I might get back into the retired golden apple coat collecting when I've got the money for it.
