If I have any horses for sale, they will already be listed.
That said, my DMs are always open for reasonable offers for horses in any tab other than divines.
My APF horses receive the same training/blupping as my high GP/skill horses and are eventually 100 blupped. It's just a slower process with them, as I don't use APs on them. (:
My sales are filled up with BLUPPED horses that are ready to go to their new homes! Some are 100% done, and some are 20/20 wins that just need a bit more training done, or need to be aged a couple more times to age 10. (:
