My name is Kelli and I use she/her pronouns. I'm a recent college graduate in my early twenties (If you're under 18, be mindful that I'm an adult). I majored in ethnic studies, but I plan to start on an Associate's Degree in Library Science. I used to be fairly active on the U.S. server during middle school up till about the middle of my high school years, but college apps and university got in the way. I'm excited to reconnect to Howrse and hopefully have some fun.
My interests are fairly eclectic. I love horses (obviously), especially Thoroughbreds. However, I also enjoy painting, reading, writing, and making jewelry, and watching Star Wars shows. I enjoy many books; however, my recent favorite novels are Star Wars: Cataclysm by Lydia Kang, The Downstairs Girl by Stacey Lee, Vampire Weekend, and Star Wars: Brotherhood by Mike Chen.
My favorite horse breed is the Thoroughbred. Due to my limited bandwidth, I do not anticipate joining any teams; however, I do plan to train and breed Thoroughbreds. I will probably not be able to keep up with the top GPs, simply because I do not purchase passes. However, I pride myself on running a small but quality breeding/training operation on my account. I also dabble with Thoroughbred/Appy crosses. My main breeding/training operation falls under Coastal Thoroughbreds, my main affix. Across the Pacific is my operation of Thoroughbred crosses. Even though I don't buy passes, I hope to breed and train solid competitors on my account.
1-17-2024: Tomori became my first TB/Appy cross to win a rosette! 8-16-2023: Emika, one of my homebred TB mares, just hit 100 rosettes! This is the first time I ever hit 100 rosettes with a horse! 15-2023: Hiroka, one of my homebred TB mares, hit top 5 in the speed rankings for purebred TBs! 11-2023: Emika, one of my homebred mares, just hit 16th for her speed skills in the purebred Thoroughbred rankings! 7-13-2023: I just won my 100th rosette on this account! I'm definitely surprised I've gotten this many, considering I don't buy passes. 7.01.2023: I just won 60 rosettes with Kanami! I'm proud of her, considering she was one of the first mares I bought on this account!6/04/2023: I earned my 25th rosette win with Kanami, one of my first mares I trained on this server!
