hello! i'm gwynbleiddyn, or gwyn for short. he/him. mid 20s.
i used to play this game as a kid and nostalgia lured me back, so here i am once again poking around with my pixel horses.
i'm dipping into howrse in my spare time while i work on props and costumes for various silly bits of fun. i cosplay a lot, as well as doodle and write, and i generally enjoy putting my hands to creative work. alongside that, i enjoy video games and rpgs, as well as tabletop rpgs like dnd -- i play in several campaigns and i adore critical role, so i'm always up for dnd chatter!
my irl horse experience is pretty extensive. i've ridden for 15 years and owned two horses, which was a joy and a privilege as much as it was a total headache at times!! right now, i'm picking up lessons again in a more casual fashion, so we'll see where that leads me.

i enjoy blupping/skilling more than any other aspect of the game, so i like to flip horses or breed some foals to train up. tbs/welshies are my favourites, but i also find myself working on arabians and QHs whenever i see them. got an unwanted horse of any of these breeds? i'd be happy to buy it - send me a message!
my Harrowed line of TBs is just a fun little project started from a mare i picked up in sales, untrained and in foal. i bought her for an objective, but turns out i develop weird attachments to pixels and decided i didn't want to sell her on. i plan to see how far i can go on a relatively lowkey account, considering i'm not a huge pass buyer or trader.
similarly, my Valus quarters are a 'see how far i can take this' project, and i hope to produce some fun 'skillers' (not quite prix winners, mind you...)
