hi friends! i'm houghton, but feel free to call me teresa. i'm 24 years old and i live in the dallas-fort worth area of texas. i'm currently in college studying physics while also working full time as a professional dog groomer. i have two cats and a leopard gecko as pets and they are my babies. i love watching movies and casually studying history in my free time. i also love make video edits for tiktok in adobe after effects. that's really all there is to know about me, i'm kinda boring lol. if you'd like to chat, feel free to send me a message (21+ only please). but keep in mind i'm usually only online on my off days and somedays i'm not particularly chatty haha. anyway, thanks for stopping by! 

i've been playing howrse off and on since about 2010. my account from childhood, however, is no longer in use. back in the day i bred kwpn's before switching to selle français at their release. they have remained my primary breed for about ten years now. in high school i managed a couple low-level selle teams: Casa di Capuleti and New Français, both of which have since been long eliminated. back in 2022 i ran a personal, non-competitive team called Royal Doulton Sporthorses under the affix "Exᴘɪᴀʟɪᴅᴏᴄɪᴏᴜs".  i took a bit of a break of from playing after dissolving Royal Doulton. i've routinely taken large hiatuses due to school and work but i hope to play more consistently as this game is very relaxing for me. in october 2025 i joined my first truly competitive team, the #2  nokota team Cԋαʂιɳɠ Hσɾʂҽʂ and it's been so much fun! and because i can't seem to stay away from selles for too long, in november 2025 i created my second personal team ɴᴏʙᴏᴅʏ as a side project.

i. i do not accept random friend requests. they will be ignored.

ii. generally if it's not in the sales it's not for sale. but if you see something that catches your eye feel free to make an offer just please keep in mind it's not guaranteed i'll accept. the exception to this are horses in my "Personal" tab, as well as team horses. 

iii. all horses for sale are negotiable within reason, even if they aren't marked. as a general rule i do not accept offers less than 10% of the original price.
for example, if a horse is listed for 25,000e / 120p the lowest i'll accept is 22,500e / 108p.

iv. i work and go to college full time so please keep this in mind when messaging me.

v. i've been playing howrse since 2010 so if you need help or have any questions feel free to message me. just please don't ask for handouts. it's more rewarding to work for what you want than to just get it for free!
