My name is Jenna Sampson and I am a 20-year-old girl from Mississippi. I used to play on Howrse about 10-11 years ago and was quite successful on it, but after taking a break from it my account got deactivated. In real life, I'm in my second year of college majoring in Veterinary Medicine. I also have 4 horses and train them in showjumping and trick training. My horses' names are:

Misty's Thunder: 2005 14hh black QH x KNGH mare. She's my heart horse and has a heart of gold. She is a homebred mare that my parents bred for me to grow up with and train myself.

Shesthetownbully: 2011 15.3hh bay OTTB mare. I got her on December 14, 2014 as an early Christmas present after I decided to sell my 2-year-old filly to my best friend after figuring out that she would be too small for me to ride when she's older. Bully injured her tendon while training at the Oaklawn Park Race Track and was unable to race afterwards. She was then sold, and eventually she was bought at an auction by a killbuyer and was on her way to slaughter before a woman in another vehicle spotted her. The woman saw how beautiful this filly was and managed to get the killbuyer to stop his truck and bought Bully from him. After a few months of training her, Bully was too nervous and unpredictable for the woman to use her as her next barrel-racing horse and traded her for another horse. After this repeated cycle of people selling Bully, she ended up nearly getting slaughtered again and was rescued by her previous owner before me and was used as a simple trail-riding horse until her owner had to sell most of his horses in preparation of moving. My parents got this filly for me and I started teaching her how to jump a little over a week of getting her. I had no idea back then how long and difficult our journey would be. She is the most difficult horse I've ever trained in my life, but we are getting better despite the setbacks we've had. I'm planning on putting her in foal to my other thoroughbred stallion Motovato next year if all goes well.

Pj: 2001 15hh bay few spotted (looks white/grey) Appaloosa gelding. I've had this boy since my 8th birthday. My dad got him for me as a kid-safe horse. Pj is lazy but is very versatile in any discipline that doesn't involve too much effort. I jump with him sometimes but I usually do trick training with him and ride him bridleless. He's very bombproof and has an extremely calm nature about him. I've also taken him to a practice barrel-racing competition for fun and nothing fazed him. He's the type of horse that anybody can ride as long as they can keep their legs on him (yes, he is very very lazy). He's currently living a semi-retired life and gets ridden a few times a month.

Motovato: 2005 16/16.1hh dark bay retired racehorse TB stallion. I bought Moto on May 23, 2020 after his previous owner decided to stop breeding. He retired from racing about 9 years ago and wasn't ridden since before I got him. After I bought him, I've slowly started training him and have worked on getting him used to interacting with other horses without losing his mind. He started jumping recently and has finally gotten a lot calmer around mares to where I can lead him in a pasture with my two mares and let them greet each other without him loosing his cool. I'm hoping to be able to stud him out to the public next year.
