I concentrate on improving the GP of my Thoroughbreds horses and unicorns, Chincoteague ponies and, most recently, mustangs. Generally I BLUP horses before breeding them to get a filly for the next generation, then sell the fully finished mares from previous generations. If you are interested in me breeding a foal to sell for you at my cost, I'm glad to do that for you.  If you are interested in breeding to one of my studs, I am glad to reserve a covering for you. I generally keep one unicorn stud and one stud from each of the other breeds, but this varies.
