4 February 2026: If I've bid one equus over you for a six- or seven- digit auction, I'm only temporarily tying up my equus to lower covering fees and don't want the horse. I'd really appreciate if you could wait 10 or so minutes before bidding higher than me. Conversely, if the auction is over and I won, I'm likely willing to sell it to you at-cost - feel free to PM me.
I'm female, an adult, and I live in Eastern Time (GMT -4 or -5). My preferred nickname is Skel. International is my main account, but I'm on the Canada server with the same username. I'm literate in English and French. I'm a veteran but on-off player who's had a multitude of accounts deleted for inactivity since 2008, including OperaticSkeleton in 2011-12.
My first horse has always been a Connemara, and I still breed Connemaras non-competitively by myself (Skeleton Connemaras). I'm working on breeding and fully BLUPing one mid-to-high GP equine of every breed (One of Every Breed). I enjoy the structure and socialization of top non-Prix teams, and I'm happy to contribute to The Chincoteague Crew, the #1 Chincoteague Pony team (July 2019 to June 2020 and January 2026 to current), and Wraith, the #1 Quarter Pony team (January 2026 to current). I do the occasional skiller for rosettes and the Grand Prix fountain, and I casually collect Golden Apple coats that I like aesthetically. I may be interested in joining competitive donkey, draft, or unicorn teams in the long-term future - my PMs are open to pitches.
My former teams and breeding projects:
If I buy a horse with a "real name," I usually don't rename it any more than just adding a tag. I name my breeding program horses (and a lot of things, actually) after underappreciated scientists edit: has been expanded to "people who have accomplished something significant" in general. I give my AP farms human names. For fast-moving programs, or special horses that don't belong to one of my breeding programs, I like to name horses with something obviously sequential - I've used the phonetic alphabet and American presidents before, and am currently going through the periodic table of elements and names of wedding anniversaries. I like to use unflattering celebrity photos as my avatar. Suggestions are welcome for all of the above.
I accept all friend requests. I'm willing to help you with promos, competition fills, objectives, etc, as long as the request is concise and polite and you do most of the legwork. My only hard-and-fast rule for contacting me is to type in normal text instead of "special symbols." Other than that, be a reasonable human being and we'll get along fine.
I'm currently trying to increase my Ploutos' Parchment and Achilles' Heel stocks, and usually trying to get rid of Chronos' Timers, Pandora's Boxes, Hypnos' Blankets, Black Orchids, and Apollo's Lyres; feel free to PM me with trade offers if you have the VIP 3x benefit. I'm always on the lookout to buy Falabellas for equus. Feel free to make an offer on any horse in my Sales breeding farm - with the exception of a few that are waiting for my team's sales release, most of them are only in there because I'm too lazy to price and sell them. All of my existing sales are negotiable, unless very low in value.
Various statistics and accomplishments of my game:
- Broke the top 10,000 on my 24th day of seniority, and the top 1000 on my 188th day of seniority
- Total passes bought on this account: 10,400
- I won Arion by getting the highest number of rosettes for the month of September 2019
Explanation for my naming tag system:- * indicates a Lighting Thieves Canadian unicorn; it's followed by the GP
- ~ indicates a Risen Empire Quarter horse (DOB 2017 or 2018) or Wraith Quarter Pony (DOB 2026 on); it's followed by the GP
- - indicates a Crystal Warriors Shagya Arabian; it's followed by the GP
- + indicates a Cheshire Welsh unicorn; it's followed by the GP
- • indicates a The Chincoteague Crew Chincoteague Pony; it's followed by the GP
- A number not proceeded by symbols or letters indicates the number of greenstars; this is the top horse in the breeding program or otherwise special
- T/ indicates that the horse is in training, R/ indicates that the horse is retired, B/ indicates that the horse is for breeding; these are followed by the number of greenstars
- AP/ indicates that the horse is part of my AP farm, likely training to be a filler
- F/ indicates that the horses is fully tacked and ready to fill competitions; it's followed by the trained skill (St, Sp, D, G, T, or J) and the level of skill
- The gender designation is always at the end of the tag: either the Venus or Mars symbol or M or F (or o if gelding or covers used up), depending on when it was named
