Hi all, I'm bluey. I'm not super active on here anymore. Heck, I'd be surprised if anyone actually somehow winds up on my page to read this, but just in case, might as well leave this here.I've got a lot going on in real life, so I do not really play Howrse anymore. I don't even remember the last time I was an active breeder on here. But I've been around a long time and I don't want to let my account be inactive for too long and risk deletion, so I log on periodically to keep it active and to keep my EC... well, semi-functional anyways. (how many years I spent ignoring it except for to use the forum, and now it's the only thing I really touch when I'm on here, lol!)
My horses are not for sale, except in the Original Foundations tab. (Foundation Up original Quarter Horse foundies are not for sale) Since I don't do much else on here anymore, I keep my EC pastures raising cows for equus and let it pile up a few times, then go on an OG foundie buying spree.
One of the last few breeding projects I was truly active on was called Foundation Up for original Quarter Horse foundies, started by a dear friend who has long since left Howrse. She liked the challenge of NIB. I found it impossible, personally, lol. But I still had fun with it, and she was a wonderful mentor in how to breed semi-competitively on here, (even though I can't remember if I ever actually successfully BLUPed any Quarter Horse by myself with no help from her?) and from that I acquired an admiration for the dedicated NIB breeders here, doing their own thing and having fun without worrying about being on the GP leaderboards. At the same time, I know it's expensive and it can be hard to find them sometimes, so I literally buy them for the purpose of having them available for NIB breeders. If you see one you like, feel free to PM me, we can work something out (and since I'm not super active, by all means, spam me if you like to make sure the message isn't deleted before I see it). But these horses are only for NIB breeders of the breed they're inquiring about.
