I live in Australia and have played this game on and off for years. It started out as something to do with my (then) young children. A lot of time has passed since then and these days I am a grandparent, with those same children now having children of their own. I've made quite a few real-life friends in this game since then, and I'm always happy to make new ones.

Also, if you are wondering why you received a random Friend Request from me, the answer is; my Divine horse Sapphire will send me to a random person's page each day. If that person's page says they except friend requests, then I will send them one. If their page says they don't then I wont. If they have not said anything, then I may or may not send them a Friend Request. So, there you go
