A group of horses is called a herd. A group of zebras is called a dazzle! Zebra is just a fancy word for wild horse. Zebras are wild horses residing in Africa. Unlike horses, their hind legs are shorter than their front legs. There are three zebra species: Grevy zebras, mountain zebras, and plains zebras. The Burchell zebra is a subspecies of plains zebra. The Grevy zebras are endangered and there are fewer than 2500 Grevy zebras left in the world
Brindle is by far the rarest coat color in horses. A type of chimera coat pattern, brindle stripes can show up on any base color in the form of light or dark hairs. Because this pattern is a result of two embryos fusing, the hairs making up the stripes can be a different texture to other body hairs. Brindle markings are always vertical and usually don’t extend to the head and legs.
