I lost my soul cat to cancer January 2026. Her name was Lola. I adopted her as a senior cat. We had 5.5 year together- which wasn't enough. I have been in a deep depressive episode since. I don't have any kids. Just cats-- not in a "crazy cat lady" type of thing-- well maybe.
I know no one on this site. No one really knows me.
This loss has wounded me. I'm going to try to be more active here as a distraction from this depression. Its painful and it's lonely.
