Adult returning player. 

I'm playing relatively frequently but casually.

My main focus is to catch up on what I've missed and start slowly building a sustainable account again. Any and all advice is welcome. 

Anything in the Sales Tab is up for negotiation. Any that haven't made it to that tab are almost certainly not ready to be sold or even considered.
