Currently I am concentrating on getting through two breeding farms: the lower two. Hopefully, soon there will be no need for these two farms.

I live in Australia, and currently work as a Lab Technician at a university in Agronomy. 

I love a lot of things including Howrse, horses, horseracing, reading, watching movies (any kind), walking and music. I have owned many pets including chickens, rabbits, alpacas and dogs. Currently I do not own any pets but I want a rabbit and some chickens. 

TV shows: Bones, The Expanse, Spy Family. 

Books: The Mortal Instruments, Skulduggery Pleasant, the Tomorrow Series and Eragon series.


I mostly breed TBs and Arabs. I do not breed competitively but am trying to keep the foals I breed to have average skills. I have 6 unicorns of which 3 I have bred. 

Most of my horses are Black(23), Dapple Grey(17), Chestnut(15), Dark Bay(15) and Cherry Bay(13). (All very common colours, 1st, 4th, 3rd, 2nd and 8th in directories). 

For the fun of it:

73% of my horses are purebred (140)

52% of my horses are Arabs and TBs (99)

79% I have bred (135). Of those 135, 62% are purebred (85)

I own 87.10% of the horses I have bred and have not sold a horse since 2013, when I sold 2 out of 27 foals.


I stopped selling horses when I realised that people were only buying them to be in their farms.

Of those:

 5 horses have no breeding farm (3%) 1 I have bred

18 horses are in the <1300 skills (9%) 17 I have bred

51 horses are in the 1300-1800 skills (27%) 40 I have bred

63 horses are in the 1800-4000 skills (33%) 54 I have bred

55 horses are in the 4000+skills (29%) 47 I have bred

Out of those 135 I have bred:  11 are from Mykala Duchess and 8 are from Leocadia de Matilde.(dams) .

My goal is to have all of my horses fully trained and a minimum skill of 1000. I would also like to start breeding Thoroughbred unicorns. 19/05/2018 Bought a Thoroughbred unicorn.


 


Some people say they are big readers. That they're so into books it's not funny. However the only way to tell is if they 1) gasp when something exciting happens in the book. 2) laugh randomly if something funny happens in the book 3) Start yelling at the book because that's not how they want the book to go. 4) slam the book shut when one of their favorite characters dies then open it again 'cause they still need to know how it ends. Copy and paste this if you are one of these people, cause I am so one of these people. - Although for #4 I let out my anger by yelling at people why the author would do such a thing and then keep reading.

Horse Racing in Australia


So a little on horse racing in Australia: 5 states with metropolitan racing across 10  major (Group 1) racetracks: Victoria has 3 major racetracks: Caulfield, Flemington and Monee Valley; New South Wales has 2 major racetracks: Randwick and Rosehill; Queensland has 2 major racetracks: Doomben and Eagle Farm; South Australia has one major racetrack: Morphettville and Western Australia has 2 major racetracks: Ascot and Belmont. The racing season starts in August. This Saturday is the Champions Day at Flemington with the Mckinnon(2000m), the Coolmore(1200m) and the Champion stakes(1600m). Looks like a great day of racing ahead to finish the Spring carnival.
