A bit about my real horses:
Rua: 15.1 welsh cob cross Arab. Rua only has one eye but it doesn’t effect him at all. He does dressage, jumping trail rides and liberty. He is the sweetest boy and loves exploring
Kingfisher: 15.3hh KWPN gelding, beautiful bright bay with a stripe and three white socks. From top dressage and showjumping breeding. Kingfisher is an older horse who is semi retired and enjoys local level competitions and being ridden in the countryside. He is a great horse for learning advanced dressage on and will let you know when he has had enough!
Rosie: 15.1hh Irish Sports Horse mare, cherry bay with no markings. From top eventing breeding and home produced. Rosie is a young horse who enjoys hunting, jumping and dressage. She does not like to be handled when she is eating. Rosie is a very calm and easy to train young horse with a lot of potential.
Ronnie: 14hh Highland Pony gelding, Dappled Gray with a dorsal stripe and black points. Ronnie is very highly produced with excellent blood lines but he does not enjoy showing! He is very lazy and likes to live in the field, going out for rides in the countryside. A complete beginner could ride and handle Ronnie as he is very gentle and caring.
Popcorn: 11.2hh Welsh pony cross gelding, Strawberry roan with a stripe and four white socks. P is a very fit little pony who enjoys being driven in a carriage. He is very fast and loves to get going so is not suitable for nervous or incompetent children. P is good at escaping from the field and likes to make friends with all the other horses.
Bonnie: 14.2hh New Forest Pony mare, black with just one eye. Bonnie is a lovely fun pony who likes to go out for rides in the countryside and loves jumping. Bonnie goes everywhere at 100mph but is afraid of nothing. She is very friendly and very popular.
Duke: 15hh grey/ white Connemara gelding. Duke is very grumpy and cheeky in the stable but is a very good boy to be ridden. He is good at dressage but does not enjoy it so we mainly go hacking
Sunny: 15h Anglo-Arab gelding, chestnut with white socks and blaze. Sunny can not be ridden as he is unsafe. He is very nervous and will not walk through small spaces. He is extremely friendly and gentle, and loves affection. He is very friendly with other horses. We suspect he has previously been abused and has musculoskeletal problems. Sunny lives at a sanctuary where he will live out the rest of his days in retirement.
