About Me
- I haven't ridden in several years, but still keep my helmet in my car for "just in case." I mainly rode western, judged a few horse shows with my barn mentor/riding instructor, and still have a huge love for Paso Finos. Now I run long distances, climb mountains, and do yoga instead.
- Recently earned my PhD in molecular, cellular, developmental, and neural biology. I am now teaching MS-level forensic biology full-time at the local university. 
- I'm a huge geek (Star Wars, Star Trek, Jurassic Park, Murdoch Mysteries, etc), but haven't owned a television in years. These days, I mainly listen to audiobooks
