My name is Niamh Cinn-Óir and I am an adult. I am a long-time player of Howrse, joining back in 2008. I took a few years hiatus from it recently, but now that life is calmer I wanted to return as I highly enjoy this game. I am returning now as a slow-breeder, meaning I breed my horses with limited BM items/aging point use. I used to breed mostly Connemaras, Paint Horses, Mustangs, Vanners and Fresians, with some unicorn breeding as well. Now I primarily breed Appaloosas and Vanners, but I may also get back into breeding Connemaras and/or Shetlands at some point as well.

~Hard Rock Acres Affixes~

Hard Rock Acres affixes always begin with the prefix HRA ~ , followed by the descriptor. Descriptors may include the specific breed, the type of horse (e.g. foundations), or another unique identifier such as the HRA ~ Dead Musicians Club.

~HRA XGenetics Project~

The HRA ~ XGenetics Project endeavors to cross the best purebreds in each discipline - Vanner x Mustang x Thoroughbred x Tennessee Walker x Selle Francais x Lipizzan - to create a well-rounded and even-tempered horse perfect for experienced riders and new stable-goers alike.

~Hard Rock Acres~

Hard Rock Acres is a full service equestrian center. Our training focuses on creating a responsive and calm horse that is happy in their chosen job. We have all levels of horses in training with us, from high level jumpers, to endurance horses, pleasure/trail horses and broodmares and youngstock.

Hard Rock Acres is currently sitting at 60%+ prestige rating, although we are working hard to improve it. We are located in the forest and specialize in classical riding. We offer carrots, mash, oats, fodder, 3*** saddles and bridles, and 1* saddle clothes, ear bonnets, and polo wraps. We have 37 3*** boxes with equiped with a shower and a water trough, and recently added 12 additonal 3*** boxes that are equipped with a shower and water trough, and we are currently at +13 in each skill. The paddocks at Hard Rock Acres contain my legacy horses (with unique Black Market items such as Diamond Apples), divines geldings, and the horses used in our our crossbreeding effots, the HRA ~ XGenetics Project.

HRA ~ Stanton Barn

The Mary Stanton tribute barn at Hard Rock Acres houses the newly started slow-bred (limited BM items/aging points) HRA ~ Appaloosa line. The line originators are Duchess and Dancer, named after the characters in the book The Heavenly Horse from the Outermost West.
