Hey! You can call me lucky or Rachel (she/her), though I usually go by the former around here. I've been here since this site's first week in April 2007 (I lost my original account due to a tragic set of circumstances involving a forgotten password and spam mail). After nine years, I finally got my original username back (worth it since I don't spend passes anyway). That said, I no longer play actively, and haven't for a long time. It's crazy to me how far this game has come since 2007 when every horse had 350GP, but I'm so far out of the loop that I will probably never manage to get back into it.
I try to maintain some sort of seniority on here by logging in when I remember to, but PMs will not necessarily be returned quickly. I don't really return congratulations as I rarely check my profile, and I also don't accept random friend requests- sorry!

In real life, I'm in my 20s (the odds of me remembering to come back and update this when I hit my 30s seems low...) and I currently live in Florida, but am from New Jersey originally. I spend my days making rides go at that big theme park that I live near, though I was a biologist in my former life. I love music and marching band; I'm originally a flute player but I play a few other things as well. I enjoy writing, cross stitch, and photography, when I have the energy. I also really like TV shows, outer space, cooking/baking, and Disney parks (obviously, lol).
I began riding lessons in the summer of 2003. I ride English, and was involved and invested in harness racing from 2009-2014 on multiple ends of the industry. Standardbreds are my favorite breed; I used to lease a STB mare named Prairie who I miss dearly. My username comes from the pony I learned to ride on. Unfortunately as an adult, I lack a consistent work schedule and spend most of my disposable income in questionable ways, so I haven't taken lessons in a decade now. One day in the future, I would love to get back into it! This game was such a key part of my childhood and always in the background of my Former Horse Girl life, so it's nice to think that 2007 me would be thrilled to know I'm still at least logging in semi-regularly!
