VIP perk choose comp frequency. Why would anyone want to run there comps any less frequently than every hour?

Some players like to control the horses that enter their competition as a way to keep up the prestige . If the EC owner can only get friends to help fill the competition every 6 hours from the last running, then they won't want to set it to open an hour after each running.

For example, a horse can enter a competition so long as the primary skill is high enough, but the secondary skills could be a bit lower and risk tanking the prestige. If the EC owner sets the competitions to run at a time that's convenient for them to fill then they can ensure horses entering are high in all 3 skills needed for that competition.

To add, "run every x hour" means refers to when the competition will open for entries again after it last ran. If it's set to every hour, then your comp will open at 8:05 if it last filled up and ran at 7:05. If it last ran at 7:05 and frequency is set to every 6 hours , then it will open next at 1:05

If the comp runs every hour, is there an hour deadline to enter 5 horses before it resets? If it doesn't run every hour, even if it is set to every hour, does it lower the prestige too?
