No, adding a Medusa's Blood to your horse after you've added a Golden Apple won't remove the Golden Apple; however, the wings won't show on the horse. Golden Apple coats are species-specific, so if your horse's species is a Riding Horse when it's applied, you'll only be able to choose from Riding Horse GA coats. Adding the Medusa's Blood after will change the species to Riding Pegasus and your horse will get the skills bonus, but the coat won't change to have wings. You would have to apply a new Golden Apple coat if you wanted one with wings and you would then be choosing from all available Riding Pegasus coats.
