I won an OW's coat from 'Blast Summer' but it says it's not in my inventory and I never used it.

If this happened, us normal players can not help you with that. Try clearing your cache and cookies, if that doesn't work, you'll need to send a ticket to contact us, in the past when I've contacted them for inventory issues, it's always been fixed.
You can send a ticket by clicking "Contact us" at the bottom of the page and write what happened there
