My bred Ephermal horse hasnt any favoured training. So i completed 4 of them and BLUP not increased

You may want to check the Genetics tab and hover over the blup bar. If you see for example 'Training: 1/3', that means you miss skills somewhere. You may have to fully train a few top 3 skills, or you haven't done all the mountain and forest rides to the max, or there are still some top 3 skills to gain from competitions.
If the top 3 skills are bolded (litterally in bold letters in the Skills box on the horse's page) and the horse is 10 years old, you have 100 blup.

Top 3 for Lusis, as stated in one of the answers, is dressage-trot-gallop.
Lusitanos favour dressage, trot, and gallop skills, as indicated in their genetic tab: Dressage, trot, and gallop will have the highest GP.

You can also tell a horse's 3 top skills by looking for the small triangles on the training display: while these skills are untrained, a small triangle will indicate the top 3 skills.
Only the best 3 skills are releveant for Blup, just like with any other horse. And which are the highest that need to be bolded is something easily viewable by looking at the numbers.
