To piggyback on what was said above. You could leave and the come back, assuming one player has VIP. That way it'd be like passing it down.

You can't. If you made the team, you must leave it in order to pass down the main administrator role but there must be another VIP member in your team. If it is only you that has the administrator role, you will just delete the team.

You COULD potentially create the role of team admin if you make that role yourself with allowing all of the functions (invite the member, create team forums, give role to people, edit team name/presentation...)
