Direct sales are locked (padlock) despite completing 52 objectives. I'm stuck on Obj 51. My email is verified. How to fix this?

Have you completed objective #42 yet? This objective is to reach 14 connection days and one of the rewards is access to the direct sales. If not, then that's why the direct sales are still locked. If you have reached 14 connection days, then I would recommend posting in the Game Play forum so that you can have a back and forth conversation with the community and get better assistance.
For future reference, it is best to say what objective you mean, because most people don't remember. #51 is Put up a horse for direct sales.

Did you follow every and all Emma's instructions? As long as there are any Emma-hands or green arrows, you HAVE to click them and follow her full tutorial.

If that is not the problem, then you will need to send a ticket to Contact Us, bottom right of every page. Players can not help you with this I'm afraid.
