Hi! I often visit my sister's profile to congratulate her, and I just captured her UFO by accident. Will I get into trouble for that?

No, you should not get in trouble for getting a UFO that popped up on her page just because she's your sister.
Personally i dont think so because its random chance to pop up and not a direct gift. Maybe ask in one of the main forums as more people look at those.
It's a normal game mechanic; I don't see a way catching a UFO would be an issue
