I’ve accidentally made two covering offers to the same mare. Is there any way to get back the vet fees?

If it's your stallion and your mare, it won't cost you anything . It shows you the fee but if both horses area yours, the fee isn't taken.
also the fees aren't taken out til the breeding happens. and I think and I could be wrong on this but if you breed 2 of your own horses the fee is taken out but it's given right back. the game treats it as taking it from mare owner and giving it to stud owner. no matter if the owners are the same person. game doesn't differentiate that.
And if you don't use the second cover at all, it will just disappear after 3 days (or 4, not sure).
