how can you finish obj 79? how to equip a horse with spurs?

Buy spurs from the store (under Tack, all the way at the bottom). Then go to the page of the horse you want to equip them to, click the + next to their name, choose "Give a bonus" and select the spurs from the list that comes up.
You may not need to buy spurs. If you've already completed obj 77 (cover a mare with a stallion with a positive BLUP) the prize is spurs. You can follow other instructions to equip them skipping the buying them from the store part.
And another addition: the bonuses are also available via the horse's Bonus tab (next to Genetics). Click the tab, click Give a bonus and choose the spurs. If you don't have any in stock you will automatically get a pop up to buy them.
