There is no set price. You best check the sales until you find a horse with the criteria you are looking for.

If you mean the Animated Avatar coat itself, it is not for sale in the Black Market. It sometimes is a prize in an event.

And when a Wandering Horse with the Animated Avatar coat visits you (they randomly visit players each day) you can usually purchase the coat for passes. I don't remember exactly how much but if I remember well it was something around 200 passes.
