i don't want to use my apollos lyres, what can i do? already tried offering it for exchange but nobody wants them. got 2

You can just let them sit, and wait for some events like the Doors that lets you donate an item to Ow to skip an objective.

It's an item commonly offered throughout various in-game opportunities, so most players can easily get it on their own.
I'd just keep them. Some day they may come in handy, for example in events where you need to donate something.

I use them on horses that I put in competitions, to make them better visible for myself when I put other horses in as a filler.

EDIT: also when you put in sales it can be a good idea to give it's name some colour, it makes your sale a bit more visible.
