to have 100% in capacity you need 2 things. at least 100 boxes and they need to be at least 50% full. these 2 things count separately for 50% each. If you have less than 100 boxes make sure you keep them at least 50% full so you get at least 50% for capacity. the % full part is easy if you have less than 100 boxes to give you an automatic 50% for prestige which will make a difference in overall prestige calculation. even if you only have like 5 boxes as long as you have 3-5 boarders you will get 50% plus slightly more. If you have more than 100 boxes the 50% is applied to how many boxes you have. like if you have 200 boxes you need at least 100 boarders.
size doesn't matter for capacity.
