I gave my horse Athena's medal and it didn't get 100 BLUP

Per the Athena's Medal page which you find here: https://www.howrse.com/marche/noir/object?qName=athena-medal
""The BLUP points connected to your wins are given to your horse.""

In other words, you still need to do training of the top 3 skills + rides to the max to get the 100 blup. The Medal gives you the points connected to WINS only.
you also need to get the horse to the age of 10.
