How do you get good filler horses? Any specific breed or thing you should focus on?

They should be the same breed as the skiller or horse you have in mind for winning competitions. They should also have skills low enough so that your skiller can actually win the competition, but high enough so you can actually put it with the skiller. Filler horses are essentially horses you train to act as placeholders for competitions so you can have a greater chance at winning with your skiller.
