So I was wondering if I could revive my old account? I lost it and it got deleted. It was called Layla Ann too. Is there any to get it back?

if you didn't login for more than 180 days your account has the possibility of being deleted. since there's only one Layla Ann in the game I'm guessing the account is gone.
for future reference the help section is supposed to be anonymous so if you feel the need to share something like your name or are asking about a horse you own or something else that will tell us who you are ask in the gameplay forum
If it's deleted, there is no way to get it back, sadly.
On the bottom of each page you find a Contact Us button, that way you can reach out to the Howrse team as there is no way that players can help you with this.

EDIT: By the way, if you are in the Help Centre, that means you have an account.
It is not allowed to have more than 1 account on each server.
So... that is another no I'm afraid.
